Careers – Construction Administrator

Reporting to the VP Construction, the Construction Administrator works with and supports a team of Construction Managers and Cost Estimators through all phases of a construction project to assure that our team’s rigorous administration is consistent with the superior construction quality we deliver.


  • Prepare and update subcontractor bidders lists
  • Administer subcontractor bidding process
  • Review, analyze and normalize subcontractor bids
  • Prepare construction bid/estimate presentation
  • Attend construction meetings and prepare minutes
  • Draft letters and other written correspondence
  • Prepare scope descriptions, purchase orders and contracts
  • Compile end of project documents and technical manuals
  • Coordinate and update construction plans and documents
  • Prepare change orders and contract revision documents
  • Prepare progressive billing worksheets & documents


  • Minimum 5 years experience in local construction (industrial, commercial).
  • Fully bilingual (written & Spoken)
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Excellent use of computer applications (Office, Project, ACCPAC)
