Time & Material

The Time and Material (Cost Plus) approach is advantageous when a client needs to execute emergency work, work requiring production stoppages, work around solutions, small projects or work whose complexity or scope makes it difficult to establish a fixed price contract.  It allows for quick mobilization on a 24/7 basis and minimizes interruptions to the client’s ongoing operations.  In this approach, materials, labour, equipment and site supervision are supplied at predetermined hourly rates, prices and mark-ups.  Time sheets, work orders and material deliveries are verified and accepted by the client on regular basis.
