Careers – Construction Administrator
Reporting to the VP Construction, the Construction Administrator works with and supports a team of Construction Managers and Cost Estimators through all phases of a construction project to assure that our team’s rigorous administration is consistent with the superior construction quality we deliver.
REPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and update subcontractor bidders lists
- Administer subcontractor bidding process
- Review, analyze and normalize subcontractor bids
- Prepare construction bid/estimate presentation
- Attend construction meetings and prepare minutes
- Draft letters and other written correspondence
- Prepare scope descriptions, purchase orders and contracts
- Compile end of project documents and technical manuals
- Coordinate and update construction plans and documents
- Prepare change orders and contract revision documents
- Prepare progressive billing worksheets & documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years experience in local construction (industrial, commercial).
- Fully bilingual (written & Spoken)
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Excellent use of computer applications (Office, Project, ACCPAC)
